PeterPrints Golf Bag Holder for Epic E40FX [Bolts to Existing Mount]

This is my Golf Bag Holder design for the EPIC e40fx forward facing golf cart with no rear seat. I designed this bagholder to be a simple install using the (4) 14mm bolts and washers pre-installed on your cart.

1. Use a 14mm socket wrench to loosen all four bolts behind the rear seat headrests.

2. Hold the Golf Bag Holder Steel brackets up and align the with the holes, using one hand to thread the bolts and washers into the holes, tightening by hand until you can't any more.

3. Tighten all four bolts, alternating your tightening from far left, near right, near left, far right. Tighten until SNUG and they cannot unloosen on their own. Some mild loctite can be used for hmthis purpose.

4. Check that the strap assembly is fully seated and unable to move.

5. Strap in golf bags as you would on a classic golf cart.

The Steel Brackets are 2.8mm Solid Cold Rolled Steel with a tough textured powder coating to protect them for longevity. I use PCTG for UV resistance and the middle spacer is a tough TPU rubber, ensuring the holder should last for years to come. The straps are a thick polystyrene 2" wide webbing, and the assembly is held together with two stainless steel carriage bolts/ washers, for rust resistance.
